• Posting Content that constitutes cyber-bullying, as determined by Myrtial Store in its sole discretion.

• Posting Content that depicts any dangerous, life-threatening, or otherwise risky behavior.

• Posting telephone numbers, street addresses, or last names of any person.

• Impersonating another person when posting Content.

• Harvesting or otherwise collecting information about others, including e-mail addresses, without their consent.

Edit or delete any Content posted on the Services, regardless of whether such Content violates these standards.

• PRODUCT ORDERS

All orders placed through the Services are subject to Myrtial Store's acceptance. Myrtial Store may refuse to accept or may cancel any order, whether or not the order has been confirmed, for any or no reason, and without liability to you or anyone else. If your payment method has already been charged for an order that is later cancelled, Myrtial Store shall issue you a refund.

• LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no event shall Myrtial Store, nor any of its employees, shall be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this service, whether such liability is under contract. Myrtial Store employees shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use.

• Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Pennsylvania for the resolution of any disputes
